Having over 15 years experience as LPA Fixed Charge Receivers and 30 years property experience each has made Nigel London and Derek Mason of Chart Property Partnership a natural choice as Joint Receivers throughout this and the previous recession. Our very much hands on, pro active approach, has meant we have been able to deal with a wide range of instructions from the very small through to the larger high profile appointments and have built up a well respected team of professionals working closely with legal firms such as CKFT, Kuits, Hill Dickinson and Burgess Salmon.

We treat the appointment as if we were dealing with our own money and by this approach hope to ensure the best results can be achieved through a measured risk and reward approach to any property situation. In other words we do not simply accept the instruction and look to dispose of the asset at the earliest opportunity. We are managing some situations whereby a three year restructure plan is in place in order to secure the best possible recovery for the Bank.

It is imperative that all parties work as a team which is where long established relationships can achieve results that can be overlooked by receivers working entirely independently of their clients and the rest of the professional team.
